株式会社船と風土は、舟運を軸に、地域の文化を体感する観光体験を企画・運営する会社です。いにしえの水路を見直し、船を文化と経済をつなぐインフラとして再び動かします。 FUNE TO FUDO Co., Ltd. designs cultural tourism experiences centered on waterways and small vessels. We revive historic routes as living infrastructure—connecting land, culture, and local economies.

かつて、舟運は日本各地の人・物・文化を運ぶ主要なインフラでした。自動車中心の交通へと移行するにつれ、水路は忘れられ、地域の文化拠点は分断され、土地に根ざした物語が伝わりにくくなりました。

株式会社船と風土は、いにしえの水路を見直し、舟運を再び文化と経済をつなぐインフラとして復活させることを目指す会社です。特定の行政・受託先とは独立した法人として、オリジナルの船を設計・製造し、地域ごとにその土地固有のナラティブを編み上げた観光体験を企画・運営します。

いずれも、観光を消費で終わらせず、地域の担い手と経済の循環に寄与する体験として設計しています。琵琶湖湖北と阿波をフィールドに、水路から土地の物語を読み解く試作を進めています。

For centuries, Japan's rivers and coastal routes carried people, goods, and culture. As mobility shifted to roads, many waterways fell silent—and with them, the stories that once linked communities.

FUNE TO FUDO is an independent company working to bring waterways back into use. We design and build original small vessels, and craft place-based narratives for tourism experiences rooted in each place.

Each experience is designed to support local stewards and economic circulation—not as disposable tourism. In northern Lake Biwa and Awa, we prototype ways to read each place's stories from the water.

徳島県 Tokushima Prefecture 阿波・藍の水路 Awa — indigo waterways 撫養港を基点とする水上交通が藍・塩・醸造文化をつないできた歴史。水路を辿る文化の系譜。 Water transport centered on Furuya Port linked indigo, salt, and brewing cultures—a lineage of culture traced along waterways.

代表取締役 長﨑陸

徳島県出身。京都工芸繊維大学 工芸学部 デザイン経営工学科および大学院 デザイン経営工学専攻で、プロトタイピングを事業開発に活かす研究・実践を続けてきました。徳島県文化観光推進地域計画へのコーチングや、水路・舟運を軸とした地域文化の可視化を経て、2026年に株式会社船と風土を設立。京都を本店とし、琵琶湖の湖北と徳島県をフィールドに事業の試作を進めています。漁師見習い（琵琶湖）。

Originally from Tokushima Prefecture, Riku Nagasaki studied design engineering and management at Kyoto Institute of Technology—undergraduate and graduate—and has pursued research and practice applying prototyping to business development. After coaching on Tokushima's regional cultural tourism plan and work to illuminate local culture along waterways, he founded FUNE TO FUDO Co., Ltd. in 2026. Based in Kyoto, he runs field prototypes in northern Lake Biwa and Tokushima Prefecture. Fisherman apprenticeship (Lake Biwa).
